I have been with CIG for a few years now and have to say I don't have a job here I have a career. I have been provided training, development and opportunity. Of recent I have become part of the leadership team and it has been a very positive experience. I am a woman that is treated fairly, has been offered growth and proud to work with the organization. I have seen HR become a far better team then we have had in years, our new Executive team seems to want improve our culture and Andy Doll new CEO is a totally cool human and far better then our previous CEO. I can actually talk to him and feel like a person being valued and listened too vs. just another number waiting their turn.

-CIG has A LOT of women in management and encourages employees to apply for promotions from within -CIG offers employee's opportunities to work from home all the time -CIG pays it's employee's for volunteering in the community! -The benefits are great! I have enough PTO accrued to take a month off! -Job security and positive feedback given out all the time by coworkers and management -CIG offers company paid for licensing in P&C, and if you're part of the IT Department they provide Kaplan courses for certifications on P&C to better understand the industry you're supporting -Working a CIG feels like being part of a family
