Pros

Good benefits and some people who are genuinely nice.

Cons

Predominantly white middle class and most promotions are not based on merit. They are based on whose face fits. The senior leadership is prime example of this including all of the CEOs mates. The grievance processes are corrupt, and if you have suffered a microagression or issue there's no point as no one with lived experience is involved in the review. House always wins too, especially if it involves someone more senior. They have really poor management of people from a wellbeing perspective and I've seen many people "pushed" out whilst on long term sick, undoubtedly caused by the company. Poor skills development in Technology department.

Pros

Good Pay Excellent Benefits Nice enough people Opportunities to build a network and connections externally Investment in Business Resource Groups If you are brought in through a rotation program your career trajectory here is good

Cons

Talent Management Gatekeeping for certain roles and job families Promotion is not always a clear path If you are at a certain level, you will be overlooked or calibrated with people that are only about a year or 2 out of college that are recruited through the company's rotation programs. These folks may only have a quarter of your experience and education but they will be promoted very quickly. Before you know it they are people leaders trying to advise people that are far more advanced in their experience. This creates a poor environment for morale. Sometimes expectations for the role and overarching goals are not made clear

Pros

Fast paced high demand work among talented associates.

Cons

Politics. Less about talent and more about who you know.
