Management supports and encourages a work/life balance. There is room for growth professionally and management wants to see you grow. In response to COVID, Cappex was early to send employees to work remotely and has been incredibly transparent with office reopening with employee safety at the heart of all decisions being made regarding reopening. I feel 100% supported on a daily basis in all I do -- my voice matters.

Cappex is a really wonderful place to work. The working environment is very positive and people really believe in the mission. Not only this, but the response to COVID 19 as a company has been amazing. Through COVID 19 and the situation that has unfolded, Cappex has put the employees health first and also been extremely flexible and understanding. We started working from home earlier than most of my friends and family, and Cappex management has been very open and transparent with us since Day 1. Seeing the entire company rally together is very motivating and positive. I've been blown away by the response from the company. We have regular check-ins with the CEO, who also holds weekly office hours, and it never feels hard to get an answer on where the company stands. The sales team at Cappex is truly like a big family. Everyone is kind and welcoming and wants each other to succeed. Everyone works hard and the compensation plan is incredibly fair. I have worked at other companies where I can say that this environment is unique, and the support offered here is invaluable in the professional world.
