Company steals from Employees. They Will promise you $10 an hour. First check Was at a rate of $9.84. 2nd check was at a rate of $8.25. Worked 60 hours the first week and was paid for 45. After many calls and texts to manager and HR I was assured that it was taken care of. This company is a complete sham.
The average turnover is approximately 2 weeks from what ive seen. Most don't make it that long. Not because of the hard work but because of the high demands, broken promises and inadequate compensation.
To say the least this is a walk on Job. If you have a way to be contacted and transportation to the interview you will be hired. No screening whatsoever. That should explain the culture of the company. DO NOT believe what's written in the job description when applying. That's only used to lure you in. It will take you about 2 weeks to realize what you've gotten yourself into . Management realizes this and uses that time to continuously hire and replace the ones the screw. The cycle continues. Also if you don't ask for the proper legal forms (W4 etc) you will not receive them. They count on you not being on top of your business so they cant be held accountable. You will have no computerized clock in of any type. You will sign a sheet of paper that goes who knows where at the end of the shift (trash maybe) and told to keep track of your own hours. Even with doing so you I PROMISE your hours WILL NOT match what is reflected on your pay check.
If you decide to be the fool and accept this position anyway, Set up an ADP account . Its the only way to view your hours. Heed my advice. you wont regret it
