They dont drug test you so you can get hi at work

Cons

You can not move up in the company at all been there for a year. And you can not get a raise. Long hour for nothing pay is not that good at all they just give you enough money to get there and back home and every body do drugs really bad get hi before work during work while running heavy equipment all night while on drugs very unsafe

Production pay was great. Enjoyed the people I worked for. Great perks for someone that is young and willing to travel. Senior Management team was composed of down to earth knowledgeable people.

Cons

Either long or short days, never a happy medium. Living out of a hotel while traveling for weeks at a time was mentally exhausting. Pay issues were to be expected weekly
