Pros

Decent pay, benefits and perks (maybe a sign-on bonus and hat) Nice location if you like both city and rural areas.

Cons

Nepotism- it's who you know rather than what you know. The result is a surplus of incompetent managers. The lower-level employees usually take the blame. Heard managers laughing about an employee getting fired.

The people are extremely nice, lots of incentives such as employee day, unlimited sick days (not a lot of people call in sick), very flexible environment. Executive Management treat you like anyone else and they do actually communicate with everyone.

Cons

The policies and procedures are just as good as the people who reinforce them. There is a bully in the office and nobody does anything about it.
