Pros

Great work environment! Coworkers were awesome to work with. My manager was very supportive. Capstone only provides one on one patient care which is highly important to me.

Cons

I believe every job has cons/challenges. This is the second time I have worked for Capstone Physical Therapy and I noticed improvements in regards to challenges I previously experienced.

Flexible work schedules Con ed / specializations goals and bonuses for all PT/PTAs Community and culture within each clinic's team and the company as a whole Locally owned and operated with a focus on quality 1 on 1 care, not a franchise / big - box company that relies on techs and over works the therapists with group treatments They work with you in times of need to give you the support you require for any personal, health or family issues

N/A, No company is perfect but Capstone works to address any concerns brought to the attention of management

Pros

Huge focus on company culture makes it a great work environment! Patient care is rewarding work and you can easily create meaningful connections with patients and coworkers at Capstone! Company is focused on creating a win-win environment always, for everyone, rather than win-lose.

Cons

Just like any industry that involves customer service aspects there can be difficult circumstances/patients. Insurance is also daunting and ever changing, making this job follow, although it gets easier with practice/time.
