Pros

You will always be heard, you will always be taken care of and respected, and the work environment is genuine and welcoming and full of wonderful people. Patients will be taken care of with the same welcoming environment. It has been a blessing to work for this company.

Cons

This is a small local company, you are not going to get luxurious benefits, if something breaks, it may not get fixed right away, new practices may take a while to be implemented because everyone has a lot of their plate.

Capstone Physical Therapy has been a great place to work. Capstone has provided me many opportunities to grow as a clinician and as a leader. I appreciate their motivation and dedication to see their staff succeed.

Pros

- The company is run by a local couple that really cares about Whatcom County, their team, and the patients we serve. - There is a strong cultural bond at all the clinics and comradery amongst co-workers. - They are committed to encouraging continuing education with bonuses to further incentivize professional growth and to be sure Capstone is filled with highly skilled practitioners. - Employee's voices are sought and taken into account when making company-wide decisions

Cons

Limited insurance reimbursement rates make physical therapy a difficult industry to navigate. At Capstone I really do feel like there is an equal balance between prioritizing employee compensation and patient care, which is why we got into this line of work.
