It's very clear the management at CIQ cares about their employees. The atmosphere is very open and leaders are welcoming of differing opinions/insights. A lot of highly skilled people work here. Everyone I've encountered is very kind and happy to share their knowledge with the rest of the team. Some of my favorite perks are: -Unlimited PTO -Quarterly mental health days -Home office stipend -Virtual social events to bond with other teams -Almost 2 weeks off around Christmas -Great work-life balance (because of all of the above) -Competitive pay -Childcare stipend to help ease the financial burden -Great healthcare benefits CIQ has a great product that they are constantly improving. There are a lot of great investors with a vested interest and the company is making sure the product out-performs competitive products wherever possible. I sense the company having a long and prosperous future.

Cons

No 401k match. Company is still newer so policies/processes are still being formulated.
