Pros

-Highly involved C-level leadership that gives 100% transparency to all aspects of the business (growth plans, financials, risks, etc). -Robust training and coaching (much improved in the last 12 months) -Industry-leading product -Extreme work-life balance and unlimited PTO -High performers are recognized and rewarded

Cons

-Given the size of the company, there are occasionally times when you don't have 100% of the resources you need (or are used to if you come from a large enterprise). The team is full of scappy and hard-working folks from all walks of life. -Some recent comp plan changes were not ideal, but the overall sales comp is still very strong. These changes only impacted AE/SE sales teammates. -There are typical growing pains where some teams operate with more or less pace than others, but it seems like everyone is aligned with the overall mission.
