Pros

Captivate has been overall amazing. The most stellar and humble leadership I've ever experienced, and I've had almost a decade in the valley. Pace can be fast and demanding, but you really feel like you're making an impact.

Cons

There are some growing pains, and some things feel like they're under-invested so can feel a bit overwhelming. Perks are definitely not the best by tech standards.
