Pros

Being remote first and having the autonomy to plan your day is great. CIQ encourage a good work/life balance. Everyone is passionate about doing great work and working as a team for the success of the company and clients. I feel really valued and that CIQ make sure everyones effort is recognised.

Cons

CIQ is growing at a phenomenal rate so there are growing pains around some processes. Being one of the earlier recruits in EMEA has meant that some onboarding has been disjointed but every effort was made to address that and assist me.

The culture is great, the work itself is not over the top stressful and the Product itself is absolutely top in class.

Cons

Training could be a bit more regimented but with the amount of the growth this company has had, this is to be expected.
