Pros

Is awesome and great place to work. Coworkers really nice and supportive of work life balance. Lots of opportunities to take on challenges and projects.

Cons

Lots of growth opportunities but lots of processes not super defined if that is what you are looking for.

Pros

The working environment is a real pleasure to be a part of. The compensation and benefits are competitive. The company is growing very quickly giving lots of opportunity for professional growth. Management really listen to ideas and give regular feedback. They are quick to shout-out and reward good work.

The company is transforming the Sales Compensation domain with a very easy-to-build-manage-use tool! The leadership is driven and grounded and values company culture highly.

Cons

Can't think of many - but if you are not used to taking ownership and being self-driven, open, and collaborative, then it is not a place for you.
