Pros
CIQ is a great place to work for the most part! Everyone is friendly and the company itself is dedicated to continuous improvement. Involved founders keep us on the right track but do not dictate work from the top down. The product is exciting, and we are endeavoring to grow as fast as our market share is! If individuals have an idea, need something, or are ready to move roles (internally or externally), I have never seen anything other than an open and supportive leadership team. That is really really really hard to find, especially in such a fast-moving market.
Cons
The company has not avoided the typical startup growing pains. Definitely trying to work on it, but some teams will have better work-life balance than others as our hiring and training works to keep pace with the demand we're experiencing.
