Pros

The culture is excellent! Everyone wants everyone to succeed and there's so much support within the company. I love every one of my coworkers. It feels like the company really cares about its employees and our opinions matter. I switched from a large company to CIQ and the differences are astonishing. It's so special to be a part of something in the early stages that has so much potential.

- Even with the amount of growth CaptivateIQ has had this year, there is a firm commitment and focus on company values. An incredibly strong foundation! - Remote culture is amazing. I never thought I could say that about a company, but CaptivateIQ has me meeting colleagues all over the world as well as hosting engaging initiatives for getting to know the team. - I can't talk about the growth enough. 3x in revenue, employees, and customers this year. That's amazing - and provides space for employees to have a lasting impact on what they do on the day to day. - People love what they do. This was apparent to me when I was a candidate interviewing, to when I log on for work every day. It's energizing! - Leadership is incredibly transparent. Feels good to be "in the know" about the moving pieces occurring in growing this company! - A focus on wellbeing, mental health, and encouraged to bring your authentic self to work every day!

Cons

Honestly none. It's a pleasure to be a part of this team, I've seen growth in my own role and org, and I can't wait to see what CIQ does this year!
