Pros

- backed by top tier investors - great culture, pay & benefits - very well-positioned product & high-win rate vs competitors - realistic expectations & great coaching

Cons

- growing pains (lots of new faces each week!) - training/enablement just starting to grow more as a function

Pros

- Great people - everyone is so nice (I am always taken aback by that) and people are always will to help or explain things - Manager (at least in sales) let you do your work and don't micromanage if you need help they are there and supportive but they don't make you feel like you have to second guess yourself - Learning and Transparency is top notch. Leadership from Mark and Conway sets the tone for the rest of the company and everything you would want to/ need to know is on display and frequently talked about - They really want to grow from within and make a point to mentor their talent

Cons

- none so far! It is nice to want to show up for work everyday.
