Pros

- Access to leadership - Quality of leadership - Sales lead quality and volume - Best product in the industry (seriously...) - Remote first environment - Budget for L&D, tools, events, etc...

Cons

- As a sales rep, more leads are always appreciated (update: CIQ just hired a new head of demand generation and is growing that team)
