Pros

*Clearly committed to designing and refining a great product for all customers *Clearly committed to intentionally designing and fostering a great culture for all employees *Employees are empowered to share their thoughts from day 1 *WFH if that's you're thing. Definitely takes a little getting used to having such a dispersed work force (we're talking MAJOR time zone differences here), but I love that so much consideration is given to working the hours that best fit your working style. *Incredibly focused on attracting, supporting, and retaining diverse employees, rather than just offering lip-service to diversity. *Tons of transparency from leadership and all levels of the company. *Lots of opportunity to make an impact! (see Cons).

Cons

*Lots of opportunity for you to make an impact! (If you hate having an impact and just want to mindlessly get through the day, this likely isn't the company for you.) *Lot's of opportunity to grow! (If you prefer to feel complacent and/or are perfectly satisfied with your current skills and role, this likely isn't the company for you either.) *Lot's of opportunity for you to charter your own course! (If you flounder with ambiguity, require extensive on-boarding, struggle with time and/or task management, etc.... then really any start-up likely isn't the company for you.)

Pros

Joined after being at a recruiting agency and this is a massive step up and forward in my career -work life balance -leadership -management not micro managers at all -room to grow in whichever direction you want it to as long as you show the interest and its intrinsic -fully remote moving forward

Cons

honestly none as of yet. we are the leaders in the space and are growing like crazy and it is awesome to witness

Pros

Great management team - I don't feel like a number. The company is doing well financially, they have a good tool in the market. I feel appreciated. Really good pay, benefits, and commission structure.

Cons

It's a tough sell, sometimes. And from what I can tell, moving to an AE requires an insane level of performance and dedication. I'm worried that to become an AE I might have to go somewhere else.
