Pros

Working at CaptivateIQ has been an amazing experience thus far. The company has done a great job of hiring the best talent across all departments while rapidly expanding the headcount. The leaders have demonstrated a high level of expertise and help to promote a culture that instills hard work and transparency across the board. There is an abundantly clear product-to-market fit and I count myself as lucky to be able to sell this solution. Tons of opportunity for growth and development as the company is just beginning to take off. The company also offers catered lunch 3 times a week, transportation allowance, unlimited PTO (that actually gets approved :) ), 401k, and the best medical benefits. Would highly recommend joining this company in any capacity.

Cons

The hours can be long at times, but that comes with the territory of working at a start up. With that said, management is very respectful of work-life balance and never puts undue stress on anyone at the company.

Pros

The culture is very focused on helping others and collaboration --everyone is so quick to answer any questions or help you out, regardless of if they're on the same team as you or not. It's really one company where others work together as opposed to only working with sales/engineering/etc. Transparency - management is fully transparent of where the company is and where it's heading, keeping everyone in the loop as the company grows every step of the way. Very supportive of trying new things and new ideas, so lots of encouragement to think outside the box

Cons

The company is still pretty new and growing, which means some processes may not exist yet. However, everything is a learning experience and everyone, especially leadership, takes time to reflect often on improvements they can make and what they can do better next time. While some processes may not be established, it's actually a reason why I chose working here because it gives others the chance to have an input on how to improve the company, versus somewhere that's very set it their ways
