This shows in how the product has been designed, feature requests are being prioritized, and most importantly the growth the company has enjoyed thus far - Great place for motivated engineers to develop their skills and gain experience. Variety of reasons for this: focus on mentorship, thoughtful review of higher-level design decisions, talented people, fast-paced environment, and a clear company direction - Company transparency across teams into what's going on

- Plenty of processes need to be streamlined for the company to continue growing - Non-trivial product to build - Social company events sometimes sacrificed

Small company, great team mates. Management is transparent on company direction. Actually making a big impact on the product. Lunch catering and good office location with many eating options.

Cons

At CaptivateIQ people work hard and some times they forget to take a break. Each person needs to figure out their work life balance.
