- Experienced team with great understanding of the problem being addressed. This shows in how the product has been designed, feature requests are being prioritized, and most importantly the growth the company has enjoyed thus far - Great place for motivated engineers to develop their skills and gain experience. Variety of reasons for this: focus on mentorship, thoughtful review of higher-level design decisions, talented people, fast-paced environment, and a clear company direction - Company transparency across teams into what's going on

- Plenty of processes need to be streamlined for the company to continue growing - Non-trivial product to build - Social company events sometimes sacrificed

Small company, great team mates. Management is transparent on company direction. Actually making a big impact on the product. Lunch catering and good office location with many eating options.

Cons

At CaptivateIQ people work hard and some times they forget to take a break. Each person needs to figure out their work life balance.
