Growing pains, but overall a great place to work

leadership truly cares about our employees, good balance of investing for growth and maintaining good efficiency (which I really appreciate as an ops person), great co-workers.

Cons

As we grow and scale, there are some bumps in the road. For example, in order to balance growth with efficiency, the company is making hard choices on what to invest in vs not. These choices don't always align with individual expectations/interests.
