-Very transparent culture all the way up to the CEOs -Cares about employees and their mental health (mental health days off) -Always brainstorming ideas to make working here more fun through Covid -Great benefits -Feel like you are part of the team and your opinions matter

Cons

Just with any startup company, there are still many processes that are being created on the fly, but it's very fun and great experience to have a part in creating these processes early on.
