Pros

I heard a lot about 'big brother' before starting but don't feel it. They seem to 'review' what you do and only work with you to be better. Been here a few months and haven't heard anything but positive advice. Pretty good pay and if I have needed anything...they supply it. Coming from sales...it is really nice to have more time home with my family without my income taking a hit. Will definitely be staying put!

Cons

I think the only con I can say is that the sales team seems to be spread out thin. I was aggravated until I saw how much area they cover. They work hard! So, if you want business...go get it! They will reward you for it, as well.

Pros

This is where stuff is really happening. You can’t argue this amazing team and growth rate. Progressive management, not “top down”. I’ve had lots of positions at other companies. My favorite company to work for. They give pay raises much higher than any place I've been.

Cons

Would like even more $$ :) Of course no company is perfect. There are always some flaws and loose ends. But, compared to other jobs I’ve had, these shortcomings are relatively insignificant and not worth mentioning.

Everyone has been very helpful and easy to work with. The open office environment is laid back and dog friendly. Nice facilities for eating lunch in the office. Closing up shop at 5 pm is a major bonus. The fast paced work flow & changing priorities is to be expected in a growing company. Systems are coming on line to support the expansion of the business and improve communications. Ownership is actively seeking avenues to increase sales which will result in good employment opportunities. Recent hires have complimented the already great group of folks at Car Keys Express. Enjoy going to work!

Cons

Parking can be a challenge on street cleaning days & with the expansion in this area of town. Inconsistency in conducting 30/60/90 day reviews for new hires.
