There is definitely a lot of driving involved especially for management. We will try our best to get better at integrating sales & field operations so that everyone is on the same page. Different Bonus & commission opportunities/plans are always on our mind so thank you for that suggestion.

Pros

Best thing is you work on your own. How much you make is up to you, On how fast or slow you go. Dealing with dealerships is easy, And not a lot of work to get the car, snap your pic and keep going.

Cons

You will definitely be walking a lot, Especially in this Texas heat. Downside can be some days you won’t have as much cars to make money. Not every dealership is equal. Some will have plenty some will not. So it can be hard making money some days depending on what’s available.
