Have the ability to make as much money as you want.

Cons

Gas and toll expenses really eats up at paycheck, sometimes wonder if the time and effort is even worth it

Basically your own boss Good pay Great local employees and upper management If you need help or have a question someone is always able to give you what you need and answer question. Commission + hourly Always work even if it's not at your dealerships

Cons

Sometimes working in the heat Rainy days are a 50/50 you can work but don't have to
