Pros

Team work with accountability to work together and achieve not only team goals but individual goals. Everyone works together, everyone is empowered to make decisions, and to have fun doing it.

Managers suck, favoritism everywhere, inconsistent, customers treated like crap they mad you take brunt of it

Pros

CEO and VP are very likable even if most the time they don't listen.

Cons

Can't say for the current team, but the previous manager didn't like me because of how much push back I would give over doing shady things he did to customers. Multiple times caught the previous manager faking MVI's and refused to show the cars I knew didn't actually have an MVI. Started writing me up for things that didn't happen and when I tried to prove they never did upper management backed the manager. Previous manager had a vehicle repo'd after telling the customer he was going to tow it to the store to help with a battery and tire. That customer was only 2 payments late and the tow company wasn't licensed to repo in KC.
