Pros

Most people on the team were very supportive. Training was great-if you are a Salesperson. Hours were ok, if you had staff to back you up. Most of the company upper management, live and breath Carhop.

Cons

There was essentially no training for the Branch Manager position. We received sales training and then basically had to wing it once we got there. I did have a wonderful support network from BM's across the state. I also had no staff. I was sold on this idea that this was no pressure sales. Nothing could be further from the truth. I was also sold on the idea that we were helping those less fortunate-again. Not so. I do not want to go into logistics. But as a company, this was not the position I had hoped it would be.
