Worst job I have ever had. No respect for employees even when working a lot by yourself for months alone. District Manager was the worst manager I have ever had. She never answered her phone and would even hang up on her employees. She would lie so it made her employees look bad and not her. She is passive aggressive and lacks any kind of professional communication skills. Unless you were one of her favorites don't expect any type of help. She will also expect you to do illegal things to sell a car. The company does not seem to care because communication is a problem for the whole company. Promises are made but they never deliver. That's not even going into how the cars are pieces of junk that they know will never last the length of the loan. That's a whole other review in itself.

There have been several large changes in personnel over the past few years and at times this compromised the overall mission of the company.
