Pros
I learn more here every day and I get to work with people who inspire me. 'Helping people' is talked about daily and woven into the culture and core values, including the relationships with customers and team members. It's common to hear stories of CarHop staff getting hugs from customers and, in my 8 years at CarHop, the company consistently shows a commitment to train, develop and internally promote staff. All of this grows strong teams and a great work environment.
Cons
It's tough when we cannot help a customer as much as we want to or try to. In those cases, we do our best and to learn from it and grow.
