Pros

Plenty of growth opportunity. Promotes from within often. A Company that is not afraid to evolve to stay competitive.

Cons

Compensation plan is based on customers making their car payments which often makes bonus challenging if someone you sell to can't make their payments because they lost a job or missed work.

Due to lack of staff I was able to bonus being the only one at that location aside from manager. Our first DM was a rock star, entire team loved her.

Cons

Had they been fully staffed I do not see how one could bonus as inventory was always low. Max 6 cars on the lot. Its hard to sell 15 cars monthly when the inventory just is not there. . I would not recommend a family member or friend to apply here after my personal experience with the company.
