I love the fact that I am not a "number" but a person who is appreciated for the dedication, hard work, and commitment I have for my career. The growth opportunities are limitless and your ideas are always welcomed. Even though we have so many locations you can always reach out for help or guidance as we definitely are a "giant" team company wide and everyone is ready to assist however they are needed and with a "can do" attitude!

Carhop continues to operate as a small business even as they continue to grow. They make their people a priority and work hard to promote from within. I have worked for the company for over 11 years and have seen several of my employees move up within the company. Team work is a core value for Carhop and is demonstrated in all of the lots across the company. You can call any store at any time and ask for help and that team will assist with what you need or find someone who can if they are unable. We work together to achieve success and do not work against each other. We grow as a team and a company, not as an individual. Our Senior Leadership team is very interactive with everyone and listens to and are open to ideas and strategies from all levels of the team. That is what makes it so inclusive as a company.
