Pros

Strong culture that rewards accomplishment. Lots of opportunity to be developed and grow with the company.

Cons

Work life balance almost doesn’t exist. Standard 50 hour work week for managers. Rarely do you only work 50 hours.

Pros

The great teamwork within the stores. As a company they really care about work-life balance. When my mother passed away 2 years ago our store was so supportive!

Cons

The pay structure is very low. As a manager I am finally making the same money I was making at my previous job in 2008. I've been a manager for 7.5 years and it has taken that long to build up my salary. This was only because our store converted to a Cross Functional store which gave me a pay increase.
