They have an indoor basketball hoop.

Cons

If You want to make any money You have to work 7 days a week. The $1000 deductible is a deal killer. You have to bottom out deals and in return You end up having to make a 100+ deals a month to come out on top. If You like swindling old people out of their money this is the job for You.

* I was offered a Solid Salary, which is why I took the job to begin with.

Cons

* The office itself was in disrepair. Recent hail damage meant frequently leaking roofs and sudden awful smells. * Business would make nonsensical, even contradictory requests. Strict adherence to, or deviation from those requests were both seen as unacceptable. *Management encourages devs to report those who underperform, so office culture was basically non existent.
