Insultingly low pay - meant for people straight out of college who don't know any better Insulting benefits - also meant for people straight out of college who think it's awesome to get alcohol and alcohol-fueled weekend trips in lieu of better salaries and health benefits. Management is terrible. Witnessed and heard about truly terrible incidents in which people were forced to resign or fired for completely bogus reasons.

The cons of working at Carahsoft sadly outweigh the pros. Yes, you are granted an all-expenses paid trip & plenty of booze, HOWEVER if you were to make an adequate amount for the work that you put in, you'd be able to afford your own trip to a place of your choice, complete with your choice of booze. Carahsoft finds itself in the technology industry, an industry that is constantly changing and growing to meet humanity's needs and demands, yet it is a company that is frozen in time. Management doesn't listen to suggestions on how to improve processes that are no longer effective, they simply continue chugging along as they always have & questioning why they aren't seeing results. Higher-ups value quantity over quality, causing reps to burn out from making an unreasonable number of calls & sending out email campaigns that are 4+ years old. There is no room for change and/or growth when management takes suggestions for improvement as "personal attacks."
