Great team environment between coworkers.

Cons

Management was hit or miss. Some teams had a focus on improving their employees while others tried to belittle their employees to make themselves feel better. Some teams offered incentives to their employees while others would take away these incentives to better themselves. The team you are placed on matters exponentially.

Does not micromanage, expenses paid for metro travel, lenient on lunch breaks if they exceed more than an hour, training has been easy, good first job for people out of college to gain experience

Cons

Men’s bathroom urinal never flushes all the way, so when you use it, it will usually splash back on ur pants, kind of boring for new people until they get their accounts, some people in the office dress or look sloppy
