The environment is young and fun to work in, at of college grads. They give fun perks if your into partying and socializing.

Cons

Work is a joke, you basically a paper pusher that also makes cold calls which you are undertrained for. The homegrown system you use to do all your work is slow and dinky. Depending on what team you get on you could have a horrible experience or a decent one.
