Low pay for the stress you have to go thru with little actual support. You’re not properly trained on how to interact, engage, or manage the children’s problem behaviors. They hire a lot of people. The training is long and all on the computer, it’s not enough. You’re expected to know everything or figure it out based on watching a couple sessions and the training course. The management doesn’t care about you. You barely get any chances to interact with management and then you’re thrown straight into sessions with no experience or guidance.

upper management has complete disconnection from frontline, politics at upper level very evident, and interest in advancement of mid-level leaders non-existent
