Pros
Really healthy work environment, a great DEI initiative that has significantly grown over the past few years. Client work is really interesting and you don't stay on one project for too long.
Cons
Spinning up and saying goodbye on a project (of course) happens frequently, and those are the hardest times by nature. You don't spend a lot of time cruising with a well-formed team before you eventually have to roll off the project, but that's contractor life.
