Incredible talent in the engineering teams.

Cons

Biyearly massive layoffs, very poor communication up and down the chain of command. Mediocre upper management over the last few years. New 5-year plan announced every quarter, basically some bullet points in a slide deck somewhere. This company is not what it used to be.
