Carbon is one of the few start ups out to disrupt the centuries old manufacturing in a big way - through application of additive manufacturing (3D printing), materials science, and cutting edge software.

Cons

The mission is huge and clear but as a start up things are constantly changing. The leadership recognizes this and communicates often.
