Relaxed atmosphere and product based company.

Cons

Zero transparency in certain areas such as hiring especially in India office. Some of the recent hiring decisions during layoffs have been totally out of line. People with family relationships to managers get hired without any interview or even publishing a job requisition. Too many "leads/managers" and meetings.

Ceo may be a sociopath and has no concept of how to interact with humans. Severely over inflated expectations on what the company can do and no concept of the actual market space they work in.
