A unicorn when it comes to work/life balance

Pros

Many who work here agree that one of the best perks of this company is the respect for its employees and that they have lives and families outside of work. These days, especially in Silicon Valley’s constant rat race, Carbon and its management stand apart by offering a great work environment and good work/life balance.

Cons

It’s a young company, so communication and coordination sometimes suffer from growing pains. Parking tends to be a problem too.

Pros

Decent benefits and salary. Solid colleagues.

Cons

Antiquated culture dynamics and favortism are a not so "well kept secret". Carbon perpetuates the idea that African American employees have to do twice as good to get half as much. And as is often the case, it's not worth the emotional or mental strain.
