Started strong, but best days are over

Pros

-Incredible technology -Mid-level management and individual contributors were solid colleagues that fostered collaboration -Promotes diversity and inclusion

Cons

-Upper management lacks effective communication loop with rest of company -Bewildering strategic decisions over the last year -Aside from wishful thinking, there is no clear path to profitability moving forward

Good Employees - Difficult Value Proposition

Pros

Employees are very supportive, including engineering, sales, and HR. Open work environment. A lot of females in executive positions.

Cons

Carbon recently let go of some great engineers and account reps that have been with the company for a few years to save money. Kept the newer engineers and account reps, which was not a great decision. The CCO and VPs of sales do not know the value proposition of the company's products, which is why sales has been dwindling for quite some time.

- The leadership team consistently engages with the employees to align on corporate initiatives - Fast pace environment - Addicting work grind - Awesome Product line

Cons

- Work life balance isn't great, but I also believe it's on the employees to own that change. It's not for lack of management to encourage vacations, just not many people take them
