Pros

Good engineering culture. I was working with some extremely intelligent and competent engineers. Communication from team leads and managers was transparent. Career progression was discussed often with my manager.

Cons

Lack of clear direction from executives. To be honest, I found that the company strategy was ever changing and I wasn’t left with much confidence after every all hands. I didn’t feel communication was effective, and the high turnover rate of leadership was concerning.
