Flexible hours, great OT opportunity and especially plenty of opportunity for moving up the ladder.

None that I can think off.

Pros

Family environment, great management, great benefits, top notch training, great opportunities to advance and feel great about yourself at the end of the day

Cons

More microwaves, sometimes it takes a while to get food heated up due to how many people go to lunch at once, even though it does give us employees time to get to know each other.
