Pros

They hire anyone, and you gain experience that makes any future job seem like a cake walk. Yearly employee appreciation day celebration was fun.

Cons

Pay is low, your overworked and micro managed, you are trained to do things that will get you written up and put on corrective action, opportunities for advancement are not based on performance but rather whom you know and befriend. Super high.... like crazy high call volume. Emotionally taxing due to the nature of some collections calls. Certain team leads were verbally/emotionally abusive. High employee turnaround. No consecutive days off.

Pros

During training the trainer will oftentimes extend breaks and lunches.

Cons

They have a zero tolerance for lateness, absences, and early dismissal that is due to a family emergency or health matter. They will fire you for one early dismissal due to health issue, and will not accept a hospital document or doctors note.
