None. There was a coach that was helpful but other than that everything was horrible.

Cons

Manager. Spoke to her once after a month of working. Offered minimal assistance. Always met with attitudes when transferring calls to other departments.

40 hours were guaranteed weekly. Overtime was offered. Had great coworkers, which allowed great team collaboration.

Cons

Management was never in office. Frequent angry caller interactions. Difficult time getting promotions on transferring into a new department.
