      The Culture is Everything!

      Pros

      The culture is really, truly there and it trickles down from the top. Everyone really does seem to practice what they preach. It feels like an inclusive family all with the same drive, goals, and core values.

      Cons

      We are continuing to grow - and FAST! With growth comes areas for improved efficiencies and effective collaboration and I think that is still just being figured out.

Agreed that with the growth of an organization comes a need for further efficiency improvement. I am hoping that you are able to see and feel the vertical integration and tech growth that is happening in order to achieve this, but without team members like you who raise their voices, we would not be able to be better than yesterday.       The collaboration between departments and team members at Cardinal makes it such a great place to work. You can bring your best to work each day and your ideas are heard and put into action. The people make this company great and make you want to come to work each day!

      Cons

      The workload can be challenging some weeks but with a supportive team to help, its easy to get things done.
