      The company is thriving with opportunities to build your business acumen or strengthen your leadership. Whether participating in the implementation of new technologies or joining sessions to work with an executive coach, there is no shortage of avenues for a team member to fulfill their potential while working for Cardinal. People who are self-motivated and action-oriented will be a good fit.

      Cons

      At times, our unique business model clashes with the pace at which projects/initiatives move. This creates inefficiencies that hinder engagement and productivity for our team members.
